Please take the time to read these terms and conditions. By becoming a client or making an appointment at Elite Cutis Cosmetic Clinic, you are agreeing to these terms and conditions.
All new clients will be asked to complete a new patient information sheet and privacy consent form, which also includes their consent to take ‘before’ and ‘after’ pictures.
It is important that you keep us up to date with any changes in contact information, including phone numbers, address changes and your emergency contacts. This is especially important, so we can contact you in a timely manner.
Patients seeing Dr Narayan for any cosmetic consultation, will be charged $ 100. The consultation fees are non-negotiable, and non-refundable.
A cancellation fee of $150 will be charged for cancellations within 24 hours of the scheduled appointment. If a patient does not turn up to an appointment a fee of $150 will also be charged. This is non-negotiable. There will be no fee for appointments rescheduled or cancelled with more than 24 hours notice.
If you arrive later than your appointment time, we reserve the right to cancel your appointment.
Every face is unique and asymmetrical, and the treatment must be tailored to their needs. Our doctor will do his best to improve the outcome. However, asymmetry is still common after a procedure has been performed. All corrections of asymmetry post treatment are at the cost of the patient, and it is not complimentary treatment in the case of asymmetry.
It is important to note that with any medical procedure, there is no guarantee of results and outcomes. Every patient is different, and there outcome varies. At Elite Cutis Cosmetic Clinic, we make every effort to ensure that your aesthetic outcome is achieved. However, we can never guarantee the results of the treatment provided.
No refund will be given once treatment has been administered. This is non-negotiable.
Treatments vary from patient to patient and there is no guarantee that Dr Narayan may always be able to treat you for what you have made a booking for. It is at the discretion of the practitioner as to whether they believe the patient is suitable for the treatment presenting. If our doctors think you are not suitable for the procedure, there will still be a consultation charge of $ 100, which is not negotiable.
Treatment prices are subject to change and offers and packages available.
Elite Cutis is committed to ensure our staff and clients are treated with respect and dignity We have zero tolerance policy on aggression and violence to our staffs and clients. You will be asked to leave the premises immediately, if you bully / abuse any of our staff members or other clients on our premises.
A complementary review is offered 2 weeks post procedure. If you have any concerns prior to the 2 weeks review, please text us if it is non urgent, or if urgent call us on 0401 838 901
